- Use our mobile AR application,
- Contact us for support or training,
- Submit onboarding forms or feedback,
- Participate in sensor calibration or configuration.
You specifically and knowingly provide us with personal and operational information during these interactions. We may also receive your information from authorized third parties — but only if you’ve granted them permission to share your details with us.
Confidentiality
We are not responsible for the privacy of data collected by third-party websites or platforms that are not owned or managed by iotAR, including those linked through our dashboard or website.
Making a complaint
If you are not satisfied with our handling of your data, please contact us with the details of your concern. We will investigate your complaint to determine whether appropriate procedures were followed and will respond to you accordingly.
We aim to complete this investigation within 15 working days of receiving your complaint. In some cases, it may take longer. If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant data protection authority.
